Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes, courier delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Orders over a certain value may qualify for free shipping — please refer to the checkout page for current thresholds and promotions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery through the courier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to a range of countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country upon delivery. Lashnetix has no control over these charges and they are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Lashnetix is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will do our best to assist, however we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check your tracking information. If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us at [email protected] and we will work with the courier to investigate. Lashnetix is not liable for parcels lost or delayed due to courier error or circumstances beyond our control, however we will always do our best to support you in resolving the issue.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will assess the situation and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
