30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn and unused — in its original packaging. As a beauty product, we are unable to accept returns on nails that have been applied or worn.

Photo requirement: To initiate a return, you will be required to submit clear photos of the product in its original, unworn condition along with your receipt or proof of purchase. Returns requested without photo evidence cannot be processed.

📦 Please note that all return courier costs and any repacking costs are the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Lashnetix. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. There is a 15% restocking fee on each item returned.

Received Something Wrong?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are personal care and beauty items, returns are only accepted on unworn, unopened sets. We cannot accept returns on nails that have been applied, worn, or removed from their original packaging in a way that prevents resale.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the eligible item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging — along with your receipt or proof of purchase and required photos.

Return courier and repacking costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Your Refund

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the approval decision. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
