📦 Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- During peak periods (holidays, sales, or new launches), processing may take slightly longer.
🚚 Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days after processing.
- International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination.
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Once shipped, Lashnetix is not responsible for carrier delays.
🌍 International Orders
- Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility.
- We cannot control delays due to customs inspections.
📬 Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
❌ Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Lashnetix is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier after shipment.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local carrier or postal service.
